I want to create a place that others will love, but also a place where it will be me. And I like to laugh and joke, which creates positive energy in the environment. I enjoy traveling, exploring and gaining a deeper understanding of the culture of the places I visit. I accept challenges as journeys to success.

I am Nevena Damnjanović, a certified master’s degree holder in English language and literature. I completed both my undergraduate and master’s studies at the University of Belgrade, specializing in English studies. Additionally, I achieved certification in legal translation, kickstarting my career as a translator of both literary and non-literary texts. For the past decade, I’ve been dedicated to teaching, and for the last three years I have been organizing the teaching process itself. With five years of experience in preparing students for Cambridge exams, I’ve consistently achieved notable results. I regularly attend seminars and conferences to introduce innovative teaching methodologies into my practice.

Since early childhood, I’ve nurtured a strong interest in the English language, and over time, that interest only grew. At one point, I decided to share that passion and my knowledge with others, embarking on a journey of teaching English. I began with younger students at lower levels and quickly expanded to advanced learners. A year-long stay in America reinforced my belief that language is best learned through communication in various situations. The satisfaction I feel upon witnessing my students’ progress is particularly rewarding when they achieve impressive results on Cambridge exams. What began as a desire to motivate these students to love the English language has now become a pivotal aspect of their remarkable achievements.

Throughout the entire process, I’ve experimented with numerous methods, consistently introducing innovations to understand which methodologies give the best and fastest results. The positive feedback from my students has motivated and encouraged me to offer English language learning in a high-quality and unique way to a larger number of participants under the roof of “The School.” Quality and essence take precedence, making it easier to shape every aspect thereafter.
